Just remember to stay away from processed meats and deep-fried foods because they contain a lot of bad stuff, including sugar and sodium, which don’t do anything good for your body.

For example, beans contain lots of protein and quinoa, but these are much better choices for us ladies who want to keep all our hair after weight loss.

1. Beans

If you want to know how to get thick hair after weight loss, beans are a great choice because they also have lots of protein but not all that much fat.

Your protein choices must be mostly plant-based because animal proteins are highly acidic and throw off your body’s pH levels, making it more difficult for you to keep the weight off.

Another great choice for how to get thicker hair after weight loss is a flax seed meal. If you don’t want to have thick fast, it’s best to take flaxseed oil instead.
