Step-3: Exhale while bringing your knees as close to your chest as possible.
Step-4: Take a small step forward with the left leg (left side of the body facing camera). This is a pose to promote balance.
Step-5: Inhale and fold forward at the hips. Take a deep breath in and out of the lower abdomen.
Step-6: Exhale while bending the knee of your front leg (right side of the body facing camera). This is a pose to promote Circulation in the legs.
Step-7: Keep your front leg bent, bring your back knee towards your chest and tuck it under your body. The left side of your body should be facing the camera. This is a pose to promote digestion and calm the mind.
Step-8: Inhale, bring your back leg behind you, and stretch it out in front. This is a pose to oxygenate the blood supplying the muscles and joints of your back.
Step-9: Exhale while tucking both legs under your body while keeping them straight. Don’t move them at all while exhaling.
Step-10: Inhale and lift your arms out to the sides so that your palms are facing the camera. This is a pose to oxygenate the blood supplying the lungs and eyes.
Step-11: Exhale and bend both legs at the knees, bringing your upper body towards the ground in a pose called Marjaryasana II.
Step-12: Return to Step-1 by standing back up with your feet shoulder-width apart, chest puffed out, and eyes straight ahead.
