Some Easier Exercise for Those Who find Exercise Harder
There have some exercises that anyone can perform that will help to make exercise easier.
Here are some of the things you can do:
1. Light aerobic exercise on at least three days a week in addition to your regular workout routine for 30-60 minutes per session is best.
Some people find that it is less stressful on their bodies by doing it after they work out and get warmed up first and then stretching when they are done with their light aerobic activity.
2. If you don’t have a gym membership. But would like to tone your muscles with light weights or resistance bands. Try some of the exercises, such as lunging or squatting. To tone your leg muscles without having to go through an entire workout program that may not appeal to you in the first place. Muscle tone doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to do all the heavy lifting or long sessions.
3. Even though this may seem obvious, be sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water regularly. This is important if you are working out for a prolonged period to avoid dehydration or overheating. Which will make your workout extremely difficult and could result in injury and discomfort afterward.
4. Consider adding variety into your regular routine by using new equipment at the gym. Or getting outside to do some fun exercises such as cycling on an indoor/outdoor track or taking a walk with friends through trails. You enjoy rather than jogging along the same route over and over again every time you exercise.
5. Try stretching even if you hate it. In fact, try several different stretching exercises to find one that feels good and helps you reduce your muscle tension rather than causing more of it. Any exercise will be easier when your muscles are not bunched up with knots or cramps.
If You Are Simply Too Fat or Out of Shape
There is no doubt that the hardest part about exercising for some people is starting out. Especially if they have been couching potatoes for a long time and feel too embarrassed to go out in public because they don’t look right yet.
You should also consider how much weight you really want to lose. In other words, if you gain most of your weight back after losing it, what was the point?
When you find a program that seems both realistic and appealing, then start with baby steps. Set short-term goals depending on what feels comfortable at first so that they are manageable.
For example, if your goal is to get in shape by running around the block every day this summer. But you have never been able to run more than 50 feet without stopping before now, set smaller goals such as getting up off the couch once or twice a day for 15 minutes per session.
